About Answer Services
Founded in 1964, Answers has been at the heart of New Zealand customer connection for more than 60 years. From our earliest days, we’ve believed that technology should enable people - not replace them. That belief still guides us today.
We were the first to introduce an internationally recognised commercial call-centre platform to New Zealand, and the first to build a private mobile telecommunications network. Those milestones helped open up real competition in a state-controlled market - and set the foundation for the thriving communications industry we see today.
